We needed an electrician to come out to our RV resort to check out some issues with one of our electric pedestals. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, friendly and efficient. They sent Jeff out within the hour. He was very knowledgeable, and helped us to understand where the problem was coming from. We were extremely happy with Jackson Total and Jeff!
We were back in town for a few days when we had a major sewer line blockage…toilet, sinks, shower. After contacting friends in Naples for recommendations, we were told that Jackson Total Services Inc had done work for friends in Aqualane Shores and had been outstanding. I called, talked to Lynn (who was awesome…professional, reassuring, and informative) and she scheduled Jeremy to come by within an hour and a half, just after finishing another job in the area. Jeremy assessed the situation and promptly cleared the blockage through one of the several clean-outs and informed me what had caused the problem. I recommend Jackson Total Services Inc.

We were here from across the country getting my grandfather’s house ready to sell after her passed away. The hot water heater started spraying water all over so we called Jackson’s and they had someone here within a half hour. The technician did an awesome job, he was very efficient and very kind. He recently was in our shoes with his grandfather and was incredibly compassionate. The dispatcher was great – she referred us to a drywaller and took the time to explain why they refer to that company. If I lived in Naples I would choose Jackson’s every time.
Had Jackson Total Service out last week to replace our a/c system. The techs did a great job and were very mindful of our home. The used drop cloths and plastic were needed. The system was installed and up and running in one day.
