Work for a family company, not a holding company.
Over 60 years in Southwest Florida, three state licences, and 25 technicians who mostly do not leave. If you are good at this trade, we would like to meet you.
What the job actually looks like.
A family runs it, and you will meet them
Paul Jackson and Lisa Jackson Ringo are the founder's children, and they are in the building. The owners personally help monitor the after-hours line — that is not a slogan, it is the rota.
People stay
There are 25 technicians here and many have been on the trucks more than twenty years. Paul has more than fifty years in the trade himself. In an industry where companies turn over constantly, that is the number worth looking at.
Three trades under one roof
Air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and generators — all licensed in-house. You can go deep in your trade, or cross-train into another one without changing employer.
Stocked trucks, real diagnostics
You get sent out with the parts and the instruments to finish the job, not to write a quote and come back. Work orders, photos and notes live in Housecall Pro, so nothing gets re-litigated later.
Residential work, local roads
Collier and Lee counties. Naples, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Estero, Immokalee, Ave Maria. You are home at the end of the day.
We stand behind the work
Every unit we install carries its manufacturer's warranty and we warrant our own labour for a year. That means the company backs you when a callback happens.
We are always interested in good technicians.
We do not keep a list of numbered vacancies on this page. The honest version is that a family company this size hires when the right person turns up, across air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and generator work — service, install and maintenance alike. If that is you, send the form and we will tell you straight away whether there is a seat.
Apprentices included. Several of the people here started without a licence and got one on our time.
