Whole-home standby power in North Fort Myers, Lee County
North Fort Myers generator work has to respect what's actually on the ground: riverfront neighborhoods along the Caloosahatchee, and some of the largest manufactured-home communities in Lee County. Manufactured homes take standby power differently — pedestal electrical service, different panel configurations, and placement rules set by the park — and our technicians service that housing stock with the same fluency as site-built homes. Jackson Total Service has worked North Fort Myers since 1964.
We coordinate with park offices on placement and access where that's part of the job, and we explain the sizing and the quote in plain language before any work starts — the same way we handle every repair in the 55+ communities on this route. River-adjacent homes get the same flood-aware siting judgment we apply across low-lying Lee County.

Manufactured-home standby
Pedestal service and park rules change the install, not the outcome. We've done this work across North Fort Myers' communities for years.

Sizing math, what runs during an outage, what it costs to maintain — explained before work starts, in writing, no pressure.
River-adjacent siting
Near the Caloosahatchee we site and elevate with flooding in mind, so the unit survives the weather it exists for.

- 1
Site & load survey
A licensed electrician walks the property, measures the panel's real demand, and talks through what must stay on during an outage.

Honest sizing & quote
You see the load calculation and a written quote — equipment, transfer switch, pad, fuel connection, permits. No mid-job add-ons.

County permits and, where applicable, HOA or architectural submittals — prepared and filed by us.
- 4
Code-compliant install
Set, wired, fueled, and inspected under FL electrical license EC13002992. The unit carries its manufacturer's warranty; our workmanship carries a one-year labor warranty.
